Torbreck Wine Dinner with Ian Hongell – Wednesday 12th August 2026

Join us for a special evening at George’s on Waymouth as we welcome Torbreck Chief Winemaker, Ian Hongell.

Enjoy a five course menu showcasing SA produce paired by Cameron Coutts with an outstanding selection from the Torbreck portfolio, featuring nine wines plus a fortified wine to finish.

The evening will also include a mystery premium wine, revealed exclusively to guests on the night.

A rare opportunity to experience one of Australia’s great wine producers alongside the winemaker himself.
